Advantech’s PC-based controllers have two different product lines, one is APAX-5000 series, and the other is ADAM-5000 series. The APAX-5000 series provides an open development architecture, high computing CPUs (APAX-5570XPE/5571XPE), and flexible I/O functions that increase the control system’s scalability and flexibility to fulfill the various needs of industrial applications. The ADAM-5000 series offers two different data acquisition and control systems to allow field I/O devices to easily connect to PC network applications, ADAM-5000 and ADAM-5510.
