Advantech’s MicroTCA Starter Kit consists of a 6-slot AC-powered MicroTCA chassis with cooling and includes a Core 2 Duo-based Processor AMC, a SAS/SATA AMC with 80GB SATA hard drive, plus a MicroTCA Carrier Hub (MCH). When you receive your MicroTCA Starter Kit, you'll experience a straight forward out-of-the-box installation allowing you to get up and running in no time. The system comes pre-integrated with these blades and a bootable Linux is loaded on to the hard disk drive.

The MIC-5320 and 5322 ATCA Blades with 10GbE connectivity combine single or dual processor computing performance with high-speed I/O flexibility in power efficient designs for Network Equipment Providers. Both blades are key elements in IMS media gateways, application servers and media servers, or in 3G and 4G network infrastructure elements such as serving and gateway support nodes and LTE-specific elements including Mobile Management Entities.
