System Rescue Service will provide system images in Symantec Norton Ghost file format. Advantech customers who wish to perform system restoration must own or purchase Symantec Norton Ghost software. Advantech will not be responsible for any Symantec software related support or issue. |

If a restore disc request is received by Advantech before 12PM PST during a normal business day, the restore disc will be shipped out that same day via next-day courier; otherwise, it will be shipped the following working day. Transit time will depend, of course, on distance, location, and courier performance. |
