标准支持
SMPTE 2022-5/-6/-7是较早被认可无压缩SDI到IP转换传输的标准,目前跟新的 VSF TR-03推荐提出了更进一步的视频,音频及元数据到IP的转换传输,作为不需要SDI采集封装的单独码流。VSF TR-03支持SMPTE 2059同步和AES67音频流标准。而最新的VSF TR-04使得SMPTE 2022-6成为VSF TR-03系统的有效负载,使得SDI与IP共存。这两个VSD的建议正在被SMPTE规范到即将来临的SMPTE ST 2110标准中。
索尼IP Live倡导4K现场制作通过现有标准的IP网络,实现接近无损,低延迟视频压缩(LLVC),使4K码流视频信号通过10GbE链路传输。另一种被看好的TICO压缩技术,通过浅压缩方式也可以在标准以太网络中传输高码流视频。

SMPTE 2022虚拟SDI桥接
IP媒体传输的关键要求是把现在的基于SDI摄像机与通用IP核心设备,IP交换机之间实现全新的链接。 VEGA-3000即插式传输卡,通过与传统SDI摄像机连接并转化成IP视频信号到视频设备中,支持SMPTE 2022-6 和 SMPTE 2022-5标准对SDI信号IP化封装。VEGA-3000 PCIe接口卡,使得在标准服务器可以增加SDI转化IP功能,或独立创建收发桥接方式。
工作原理
VEGA-3000是一款执行SMPTE 2022标准的PCI Express卡,可通过IP桥接实现视频传输功能。该款板卡可在一个10 GbE的以太网网络链路中创建多达三路“虚拟SDI”通道,并将每路通道桥接至一个物理SDI连接或通过PCI Express总线桥接至一个视频逻辑服务器端口。当板卡配置为独立模式时,可安装至一个小型单/多板卡机箱中,在无需主机的情况下创建一个多端口桥接设备。

VEGA-3000
