There are five project development phases: Requirement Assessment and Agreement, Design and Prototyping, Design Validation, Production Validation, and Mass Production, each clearly defined with a different purpose to control project schedules and quality at each check point.

Product Lifecycle Manager System (PLM)
Our integrated Product Lifecycle Manager system provides detailed project information to ensure every element in the project lifecycle, is well managed. The product lifecycle includes concept, design & develop, prototype & pilot, launch & ramp, production, service & support, and phase-out & disposal.
